Position:BA/PM with Regulatory Reporting
Location:Pittsburgh, PA local prefers
Duration: 6+months
PMP or CSM Certification is a plus.
Project Management requirements:
- Manage Project Plan, Risk Assessment plan and Issue Management.
- Create and maintain project risk and issue logs; communicate findings and escalate when necessary.
- Create and manage MS Project plans, risk mitigation plan, project schedule, project resources and project deliverables.
- Manage/Coordinate daily meetings
- Managing diverse team/offshore teams
- Responsible for the coordination of publishing deliverables within the strategic direction
Business Analysis requirements:
- Gather requirements and communicate with Business partners/stake holders
- Create Business Requirements Documentation and System Requirements Documents
- Interface with business and functional teams
- Work closely with the IT leads to apply standards and evolve processes to ensure solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree, in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field preferred
- 5 – 7 plus years experience in Business Analysis and project management
- Knowledge of HP ALM
- Experience with healthcare regulatory submissions and publication reporting (Must) Life Science/Pharma
- Experience with Document Management System (DMS)
- Must understand validatation testing process to manage validation testing schedule and deliverables
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with ability to deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations
