Location: San Jose, CA(Locals need)
Duration: 6+ Months
Inperson Interview Needed.
· IT and Business Environment
o Business users author in the BRD
o Client is very detailed in requirements
o Fun environment
o PM and Solution Architect manage project, requested developer is expected to work independently on deliverables
o Footprint: Sales Cloud, Service Portal (In SFDC), Desk.com
o Existing Implementation may not be using Best Practices
o Current system does not scale; 100 vs 1k records etc..
· Competencies and Skills
o 501 Certified Developer minimal qualification
o Bespoke, SFDC Advanced Developer
o VF/Apex/Triggers
o Technical Salesforce.com Best Practices, expected to pass Peer Code Review 95% of the time
o Manage and Implement Integrations (Jquery, Jscript and REST API)
o Extreme Hands On and Self-Motivated
o Ability to communicate and manage deliverable directly with the Business teams.
