• Solid communication skills both written and verbal
• Good understanding of emerging technologies
b) Preferred Candidate Skills
• Strong Java and Database skills are nice to have
• Will have prior experience coding for TIBCO BPM projects.
• Knowledge with Agile development methodology
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
