1. Quality Assurance Specialist     2. QA Supervisor

Location-NYC,NY

Duration -6+month

Required Skills ;-

For QA Superviser :-

 • A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in a telemarketing call center environment, preferably in a Quality Assurance role.

Must have Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Healthcare or related field.

For QA Specialist  :-

A minimum of 1 year call center experience, with an emphasis or experience in quality programs. 
• Must be able to accurately navigate and track all information through Market Prominence, CSS/SAWS, Access database or other software.
• A healthcare background is preferred.

Must have  High School diploma
