Position Title : IBM Websphere Commerce Developer

Duration: Long Term Contract 

Locations: Mooresville, NC

H1b copy required

Scope of Project:

• IBM Websphere Commerce Development (V7).
  
• Management Center experience a plus for customizations.
  
• Customer Segmentation/Promotions experience also a plus.
  
• 75% of time to be spent on Developing Restfull Services.
  
• 25% of time in maintaining and managing existing Objects or Services.

Job Description :

• Coding, testing and analyzing application software.
  
• Improve existing code to ensure optimal functionality of web applications.
  
• Maintain existing programs and applications.
  
• Evaluate and increase application software effectiveness.
  
• Technology competencies could include: Java, HTML, CSS, ASP, .NET, and Tibco.
  
• Collaborate and work closely with business analysts and team members to provide IT and business-specific knowledge and expertise, and create solutions that are aligned with business directives.
  
• Work closely with testers to spot bugs in programming code and fix any resulting issues.
  
• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills.

Requirements :

• 5+ Years IBM Websphere Commerce Experience.
  
• 8+ years of Java Development Experience.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, CIS, or related field.
  
• Master's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field preferred.
  
• 8-10 years of experience in enterprise projects within the architectural domain. 
  
• Experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement involving broad-based information systems, utilizing tools and techniques to effect business change; business systems analysis experience.
