Essential Functions:
Creating and applying images to workstations with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit.
Automation of software installation and processes using scripting.
Other Functions May Include:
Install, modify, configure, and move personal computer hardware, VoIP phones, and software countywide.
Assist in site preparation and ensuring that power, cabling, and communication requirements have been met prior to equipment installation.
Troubleshoot/diagnose nature and resolve personal computer problems by testing hardware, software, network connections, and consulting with various other IT sources.
Attend meetings and serve as a member of project teams and committees as required.
Work with local area network (LAN) wiring to patch in PC, phones, and printers.
Work with Windows 7/8/10, clients, and TCP/IP technology.
Receive, unload, and asset tag equipment for inventory purposes.
