Job Title: iOS Developer

Location: Seattle, WA

Duration: 12 Months

 

Job description:

·         Role Description The candidate must have 2+ years of strong enterprise development experience with good analytical and design skills. Ability to provide accurate time estimates, complete assignments on schedule, and work under little supervision are also of great importance.

 

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

·         Strong analytical and design skills.

·         Strong understanding of object oriented programming.

·         Strong problem solving and debugging skills.

·         Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages is a plus.

·         Extract specific feature requirements from product owner.

·         Collaborate with other teams and individuals on feature design.

·         Identify, evaluate, and mitigate technical project risks.

·         Evaluate and recommend appropriate 3rd party libraries\components.

 

Skills and Qualifications

·         Strong experience developing apps for iOS with ObjectiveC/Swift

·         Responsible for working on different layers of the iOS apps

·         Deep experience working with frameworks like CoreData, CoreLocation and Core Animation frameworks

·         Knowledge of iOS design patterns and interface guidelines

·         Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.

·         Must have knowledge of Apple provisioning & Distribution Process

·         Up to date with the latest iOS changes, features and requirements

·         Experience with multithreading programming using GCDs and NSOperationQueues

·         Building applications in memory and network-constrained scenarios

·         Strong knowledge of JSON, REST, SOAP and other similar web services

·         Experience in debugging and troubleshooting (battery usage, network usage optimization, etc.)

·         Knowledge of the iOS SDK performance tools and optimization techniques
