Title : Mobile Developer with Phonegap or Xamarin and maybe C# + JS on Windows.

Position Summary:
This individual will function as a technical resource and will help lead small projects from concept through implementation on a variety of mobile platforms.
The Senior Developer will be responsible for working with the customer representatives to define business and technical requirements, implementing new features in code, managing individual features, projects and releases; analyzing customer-centric user stories; technical architecture, prioritizing the active tasks and curating the project backlog.
This person will ensure all development work on eGate products is carried out at a consistent, high level of quality, and in a way that ensures maintainability.
He or she will set the guidelines for the technical implementation practices, which includes standards for coding, testing, documentation, etc.
5+ years experience in design and development experience
Job Skills:
Excellent knowledge of cross-platform mobile development tools (i.e. Cordova/Phonegap, Xamarin/VisualStudio, jQuery mobile, etc.)
Experience with native application development and supporting technologies (UWP preferred, also Windows Phone, Android Studio, common SDKs like SQL Lite, Crashlytics, etc. ) Recent team leadership experience or a strong desire to engage at a project leadership position while still being able to be hands-on when required Knowledge of Agile/Iterative methodologies; e.g.., Scrum, XP, Lean, Agile Unified Demonstrated ability to motivate and guide team members by example and elimination of roadblocks to ensure high team performance Strong knowledge of project tools; e.g. Continuous Integration, Jira or Rally, code repositories like Github or Stash.
Strong XML, JSON and Web Services knowledge Ability to set expectations, develop project plans, manage personal workload and communicate effectively to all levels of stakeholders Proven, successful history of enterprise level implementations and integrations Able to manage multiple tasks and projects Experience in working in a global environment across cultures and time zones.
We're looking for a senior mobile developer and I'm hoping it's something you can help us with in a crunch.
Client is looking to start Monday and I have a time slot today between 2-3PMEST already setup with the client.
We have a need for a mobile dev with experience in Phonegap or Xamarin and maybe C# + JS on Windows.
Client has a new product in mind that will need a quick POC in Phonegap (or similar), then native code on a Windows tablet to start.
