Location: Settle, WA
Duration: 6+Months
Job Description :
Environment:
• Hybrid Waterfall/Agile development methodologies.
• Aspiring transformation to become Agile BDD (Behavioral Driven Development) Organization.
Responsibilities:
• Architecture and implementation of test Selenium automation strategy and framework that will be utilized across multiple test and development teams.
• Designing and implementation of Selenium automated testing suite in a fast-paced agile Continuously Integration, Continuous Testing, & Continuous Deployment environment.
• Development and maintenance of framework/automated scripts and reporting infrastructures for visualization of key test metrics across multiple sprint/project teams.
• Research emerging test tools, trends and methodologies and enhance existing systems and processes
• Mentor testing team on test methodologies, test automation coding standards and best practices through code reviews and designing quality test plans.
• Voice of quality in highly collaborative agile product teams
Required Skills:
• Hands-on software development experience for enterprise grade software.
• 10+ years of hands-on test code development in Selenium, JUnit, Test NG, CA Lisa, CA TDM and other automated test platforms.
• BE, or MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Excellent coding skills in Java and other Object Oriented programming languages: C++ will be a plus.
• Familiarity with one or more dynamic languages like JRuby/Ruby, Groovy.
• Hands-on experience and knowledge of SQL database.
• Proficiency in writing WebDriver/Selenium based UI automation tests.
• Proven track record of Test planning and Test metrics generation for large-scale web applications and services.
• Experience with one of the build/project management tools such as Jenkins, Rally, HP ALM, Stash, etc.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven record of leading high performance development and test teams.
• Passion for testing, quality, efficiency and effectiveness.
