QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS):
- Education and Certifications: Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years delivering K2 Blackpearl process flows
- Skills:
a. Exceptional communication skills; must have the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization and with individuals from diverse disciplines and levels of technical and commercial expertise
b. Detail oriented and effective time management and organizational skills
c. Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
d. Organized and able to manage multiple activities and programs timely and with a high degree of accuracy
e. Previous SharePoint experience is a plus
f. K2 Experience
· System Administration – K2 installation and user security model
· K2 Center of Excellence to facilitate quick and reliable Business Process Flows
· They also have to be a K2 expert as they will be the SME. The candidate needs experience distributing workflows, and has to have flawless communication.
