Role : OCH Architect

Location : Honolulu, Hawaii

Duration : 6 Months +

Client : Confidential (We will disclose during Interview time).

Rate : $100/hr on C2C

Green Card Holder or Citizen

 

 

Required Technical Capabilities:

Candidates must have more than one Siebel UCM implementation management experience. Additional technical skills must include:

·         Expertise in Siebel UCM integration: EAI (SOA, web services, XML, etc. ) and UCM workflow and the underlying data model

·         Experience in Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (Profiling, Matching, Parsing, etc)

·         Experience with creating and maintaining Survivorship Rules

·         Siebel EIM (Enterprise Integration Manager)

·         Must have an appreciation of technical data constructs (Typical Master data includes multiple definitions of customers)

·         Expertise in UCM/ OCH Configuration

 

Required Functional Capabilities:

·         Master Data Management for large companies. - Excellent understanding of MDM constructs (Identification of MDM elements, MDM architecture)

·         Must have truly led such initiatives and must have at least 2 projects in MDM space

·         Must be senior enough to participate in leadership meetings with other project teams and determine impact of other projects on the current MDM project

·         Must be able to author and translate business requirements into functional specifications

·         Must have a strong expertise in Data Profiling and Data Cleansing

·         Must be able to help bridge functional requirements to technical specifications. Therefore must have a history of technical skills in Siebel UCM specifically.

 

Must Haves:

Since this is a customer facing role, the following skills are a must have

·         Effective communication to both internal and external stake-holders

·         Effective problem solving and analytical skills

·         Ability to collaboratively  work in an onsite offshore model

·         Strong design and development ability

·         Ability to design and develop process flows

·         Experience – 10+ years of relevant IT experience
