Job Title: Pega Senior System Architect
Location: Ewing, NJ
Duration: 6+ Months
Details:
The CSSA will be under the direct supervision of the chief of the AOC's Information Technology Office (ITO) or other designated ITO representative. The CSA will be required to collaborate with Business Analysts and to develop new systems and/or enhanced functionality utilizing the PEGA BPM platform. The CSSA will be required to attain a complete understanding of requirements and understand key concepts such as rule resolution, class structure design, and reusability. The CSSA's primary responsibility will be to develop and/or modify programs, successfully unit test their work, develop supportive documentation, and to participate with the business analysts and/or users in the system testing of their programs. They will, in many cases, write system requirements based upon the business requirements received. They will implement a wide array of functionality from building high quality user experiences to implementing complex case management requirements. The CSSA should have had exposure to a variety of technologies, including but not limited to, WebSphere, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, Java), DB2, and SQL. The CSSA must possess demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principles. The CSSA should have experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Skills Required
•The CSSA should be knowledgeable in the following PEGA areas: Application Design Case Design Data Modeling Automating Business Rules Business Policies User Experience Reporting Integration Architecture Administration Security
Skills Preferred
• Must have ability to communication clearly and effectively (written & oral)
• Writing and debugging programs written in COBOL/CICS/DB2 5 years
• Must have ability to communication clearly and effectively (written & oral)
• Experience with IBM-MQSERIES 4 years
• Experience with IBM OS/JCL (MVS) 5 years
• Experience with CA-ADS/APPC 4 years
• Experience with CICS 5 years
• Experience with IDMS/DC to CICS conversion 4 years
• Experience with IDMS to DB2 conversion 4 years
Experience Required
Minimum of 5 years of related experience in all phases of object oriented software development including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business centric and process based applications.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing solutions utilizing PEGA
Education Required
4-year degree or equivalent technical study PEGA Certified System Architect PEGA Certified Sr. System Architect Please provide type of degree/certification, name of school attended, city, state and year of graduation - THIS IS A MUST
