Job description:

Oversees execution and completion of projects by planning, budgeting, staffing, analyzing, communicating, coordinating and monitoring project activities.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Spends majority of time overseeing execution and completion of projects by planning, budgeting, staffing, analyzing, communicating, coordinating, and monitoring project activities

·         Develops resolutions to diverse and complex problems very often requiring creativity

·         May make trade-off decisions on priorities

·         Exercises judgement using generally defined best practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for arriving at solutions

·         Inter- and intra-organizational and frequent customer contact

·         May provide advice and counsel to other employees

·         Impact of errors may have implications requiring significant expenditure of resources to correct and/or achieve goals

·         Perform all job functions consistent with HealthEdge policies and procedures, including those which govern handling PHI and PII

 

Requirements:

·         Four-year degree in CS or IT field, advanced degree preferred.

·         Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in the software development

·         In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, especially SCRUM and Kanban

·         Scrum master certification or equivalent

·         Proven track record of running agile teams in a professional services setting

·         Ability to prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment

·         Strong organizational skills

·         Strong communication skills

·         Experience with Jira, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

·         Health Insurance (Payor) domain experience is a plus
