Job Title: Spotfire Administrator
Location: Sweeny, TX (Local Only)
Duration: Long Term
Spot fire Administrator required (Cant submit Developers for this position).
Face to Face interview required …. Need profiles local to Sweeny, TX.
Client need to be a Spotfire Admin and not a Developer, although have some development skills. They need to know how to add Spotfire to a server.
Job Description:
· 3+ years of experience in Spotfire implementation and administration.
· Provide troubleshooting and diagnostic support at L2 / L3 level for these technologies.
· Incident, problem, and service outage management service request fulfillment.
· Project provisioning connections/sources, tools/capabilities.
· Maintain base software.
· Patch & Release Management as well as Security Management.
· Proven background dealing with Library Upgrades and Maintenance.
· Provide 24x7 production system support.
· Document and maintain work-instructions.
· Initiate, submit and implement change requests.
· Deal with any Info-Link issues and determine route source causes.
· Log technical support tickets with vendor helpdesk.
· Implement and maintain monitoring capabilities.
· Collaborate with L3 on patch and bug fix deployment.
· Identify and raise system capacity related issues (storage, licenses, performance threshold)
· Ability to monitor performance, capacity & utilization.
· Optimization and Performance tuning.
SKILLS:
· Candidates MUST currently be in a Spotfire Adminitration role.
· Background with Data Analytics, .Net or "Big" Data a plus. Client uses Oracle 12c currently as their backend.
· Ability to develop Spotfire Reports
· Background in training users on features
· Oil & Gas E&P experience a plus
· Prefer Local candidates
