Position: Automation Test lead

Duration - Contract

Location : Brooklyn, NY

We need GC/USC only for these positions

 

Qualifications / Responsibilities:-

•      University degree, or specialized training or equivalent work experience

•      Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines

•      Understanding of architecture and design across all systems 

•      Working proficiency in developmental toolsets

•      Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals

•      Responsible for developing automation test strategy, test scenarios and test execution and coordinating with team members to insure solid test coverage is being addressed. 
Responsible for design and development of Automation frameworks based on application requirement.

•      Designing, Developing and Coding scripts for automation testing.

•      Functional experience with change management, implementation planning and release management along with Financial industry experience.

•      Good oral and written communication skills.

•      Managing and tracking work using management tools like JIRA.

•      Follow and promote Agile practices like SCRUM, BDD, ATDD, TDD and Continuous Integration with Jenkins.

•      Developing scripts using tools like Selenium with Java, Cucumber.

•      Research new technologies, identify and learn best practice, adapt quickly and provide technical guidance to other team members

•      Work with multiple globally distributed teams to deliver solutions across regions

•      Advise, collaborate with, and synthesize feedback from Wealth Managers and Product Desks

•      Presenting and demoing to users, stakeholders, and technology groups.

•      Developing scripts using tools like Selenium with Java. (e.g. Page Object Implementation, API Test Automation)

•      Should have 3 or more years of experience on the toolsets (Jira, SOAP UI/Ready API, Java for API (Restful & SOAP) automation, Postman, Jmeter, DB2, Sybase, RestAssured/Karate or similar frameworks.
