Job Title: Cloud Engineer with AWS
Location: Portland, OR
Duration: 12 months +
Rate: $60/hr on C2C
Job Description:
We are looking for skilled Cloud Engineers with strong experience in AWS, Lambda alongwith proficiency in either Java OR Dot Net. This position is long term and part of a larger multi year initiative with our client in the Healthcare space.
Mandatory Skills:
· Must have worked on and have strong knowledge of REST API structure
· Must have proficient knowledge of testing & mocking frameworks – Mandatory and Critical
· Should be security minded
· Should have worked on Containers (Kubernetes)
· Should have good experience on Lambda
· Should have demonstrated experience and knowledge of Auto Scaling / Load Balancing as well as monitoring / logging.
Desired Skills:
· C#/.NET Core or Java. Candidates willing to work in both languages would be nice to have
· Experience working on JavaScript / TypeScript for UI & Node.js is nice to have
· Strong SQL knowledge
· Basic CRUD and join operations
· Ability to create and alter schema via DDL
· Experience working on Jenkins, CI/CD, Canary deployments, etc. are nice-to-have
