Job Description and Duties

Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves problems across a portfolio of applications comprising an application system. Monitors, manages, reports on and maintain one or more applications to ensure application availability meets established SLAs of application users (P1, P2).

 

Additional Position Information

Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success in the implementation of Robotic and Intelligent Process Automation including:

 •             Understanding of Microstrategy and open source analytics tools.

•             Designing interactive visual interfaces and dashboards;

•             Coordinates major deliverables with external vendors, when applicable. May serve as liaison between business sponsor and vendor for requests, changes, and incidents;

•             Participates in creation of documentation for training and operational support.
