Job Description:
Sr. Analyst
The position will have an opportunity to work on the sales & retail IT development team which is instrumental in solution delivery.  This team is highly visible working multiple strategic efforts that cross multiple channels.
This individual must be a strong and have a proven track record as an analyst with 4-8 years of analysis, system design and software architecture/integration experience.  Must be a team player and able to follow general direction, think creatively to develop outside the box solutions, self-motivated to work independently, able to handle multiple high priority and demanding project efforts, able to handle a highly visible and rapidly changing environment with aggressive deadlines, delivering projects in both a traditional and agile methods.  The role for the iRMS application is a key role allowing an early on opportunity to have a positive impact on the design and end solutions. The position requires excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of management.  Also preferred to have technical competence in all phases of application programming and have knowledge/recent experience working with current programming languages such as JAVA and application software development techniques used in a UNIX client/server environment as well as experience/knowledge with agile delivery methodologies
Understanding of analysis, system design and software architecture/integration, and testing methodologies.  
-Helpful to have knowledge and able to work with Microsoft tools like PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
-Able to think creatively, self-motivated good written/verbal communication skills along with some technical skills and preferred to have technical competence in all phases of application programming languages such as JAVA.
-Preferred candidate would have Retail Sales Systems Experience would be a big plus.
•             Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
•             5+ years' experience in information systems programming
•             5+ years' experience in systems specification or structured analysis
•             5+ years' experience with project or process management
