Job Description:
Role & Responsibilities:
· The candidate will be playing a key role of Technical lead cum Business Analyst working from Customer location in US.
· Responsible to work with the remote team located in Bangalore, India and ensure smooth deliverables as expected by Client
· Primary point of contact for Customer.
· Responsible to work with Client's technical team and BA to gather & analyze the technical and functional requirements
· Responsible to work with Client's BA on preparing product backlog and prioritization of features
· Responsible for participating in technical and functional discussions with Customer and pass on this information to offshore team.
· Responsible to keep offshore team clear on the requirements, resolve any blockers, issues and dependencies from Client side
· Responsible to review the code and deliverables from offshore and ensure the work is delivered as per the standards and quality expected by Client
· Willing to work flexible for offshore overlap
Required Skills:
· Hands on in .NET Core development, Experience in API services, RESTful services and integration
· Experience in Supply Chain Management domain
· Capable of guiding the offshore team in terms of Architecture, Design and implementation
· Knowledge in container based deployment environment, Git version controls, CI/CD process
· Should be familiar with Agile / Scrum methodology and self-learner
· Should have good interpersonal, leadership skills & fast learner
· Knowledge in cloud computing in Aws Cloud native application development
· Hands on skills in cloud computing environment Azure / AWS platforms
· Good understanding in microservices, Docker and Kubernetes environments
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Good documentation skills
· Prior experience in onsite – offshore model is required
