Job Title: US IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter / Sr. Technical Recruiter (US Staffing)

Location: Sector-57, Noida 
Shift Hours: Night Shift / USA EST Time Zone (7:30 PM 4:30 AM)

 

Note: Recruiters should be local to Noida (you have to commute your own)

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

·         Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Clients in US.

·         1-5 years of Experience in US IT Recruitment.

·         Sourcing, screening and short listing resumes based on desired skills and experience through various job portals or else internal reference, head hunting.

·         Proficiency in using different sourcing tools like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch.

·         Candidate should have experience in Contract Recruiting (C2C/1099/W2).

·         Experience in working with Implementation partners, Direct Client requirements and MSP /VMS Portals.

·         Sourcing the profiles through Job portals, Social Networking sites like LinkedIn & Facebook.

·         Coordinating with Candidates / Interview-panel for telephone, Skype and Personal interviews.

·         Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.

·         Responsible for handling different types of requirements.

·         Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.

·         The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Must be self-motivated and must possess good attitude.

·         Should have ability to deliver results in fast paced & metrics driven environment.

·         Candidate must have clear understanding of benefits, compensation, US Visa / Employment types.

 

Basic Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's Degree in IT is preferred however combination of education and experience will also be considered.

·         Must have 1-5 year of experience in US IT Recruitment.

·         Must have hands on experience working with MSP/VMS based Clients, Implementation partners.
