Job Description:

 

·         Interact with the business and product owners to analyze the functional requirements. Analyze and evaluate the technical feasibility of the functional requirements with the existing system.

·         Propose and discuss various design approaches for the functional requirements with the technical team and the program managers. Identify the best feasible approach to develop web/desktop application to implement the functionalities.

·         Design application user interfaces using various client-side frameworks like Angular. Implement application logic using various programming languages (C#) and design techniques.

·         Develop REST services to provide APIs to communicate with the application front end and other applications.

·         Develop on-premise services and messaging services using windows Task scheduler, Queues and service bus.

·         Analyze and design database entities and relationship between the entities. Design various database objects like tables, views, stored procedures and Functions using SQL Azure and Cosmos DB.

·         Identify various application/user scenarios to design and develop unit test cases to verify developed code. Implement test scenarios achieve maximum code coverage.

·         Commit and maintain code changes into the distributed source control. Maintain various git branches to isolate various environments.

·         Deployment of features/bugs to the various environments (Dev, Test & Prod) using continuous integration and deployment (Azure DevOps).

·         Interact with the support team to identify the root cause of the production issues and provide resolutions/fixes.

·         Interact with Agile scrum team that includes Scrum Master, development team and Product team to update the status of the tasks in the daily scrum meetings, grooming the user stories, prioritize and provide estimated effort. Identify the gaps in the process followed in the project and suggest necessary changes.

 

Required Skills / Experience:

·         2+ years of technical leadership responsibilities

·         8+ years professional application development

·         6+ years in C# ASP.NET (MVC Web API)

·         2+ years developing JavaScript or a wrapper language

·         Web Front End technologies (HTML5 / CSS) and a CSS Framework

·         All phases of SDLC

·         Agile methodologies

·         Angular

·         Git

·         SQL Server

·         Microsoft Azure

·         Unit testing "
