- Experience in Service cloud functionality with Omni channel configuration
- Experience in CICD Process with tools like Jenkins
- Experience in Environment management - Sandbox Refreshes, Deployments, Release Management etc.
- Experience leading the team in Offshore onsite Model
- Experience in coordinating with other teams in integrated environment
- Hands-on Experience in Data loads, data analyses.
- Experience working with Salesforce Team - TAMs and Account manager- in resolving the issues
- Good Debugging and trouble shooting skills with Production environment
- Contribution to the Design ideas by involving into Agile refinement and requirement sessions
- Experience working in Agile implementations
- Hands-on Development experience with Salesforce configuration as well as Apex
- Working experience of LWC and Aura Components
- Working Experience with CTI configuration is a desirable
