Duration : 12 MonthsJob Description :• Oracle HCM Cloud lead- Recruiting Functional• Core HR Cloud experience is preferable• Support (Configuration Support, Requirements, Functional Specification, Process Steps, Testing) the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Recruiting Module in the following areas (not all inclusive but the major areas)• Oracle Consulting• Reporting & Analytics• Data Conversion• Data Archival of legacy recruiting systems• Integrations – Custom and OVI• Configuration (where required)• Career Website• Ford IT Lead and Liaison• Security ConfigurationMust Haves for this role:1. Oracle HCM - Recruiting cloud implementation experience2. Good verbal and writing communication skills3. Experience in leading sessions with business and HR teams Overall 10+ Years of experience in HR area with at-least 1 end to end Oracle recruiting cloud implementation experience. PeopleSoft background is preferable
