- Essential Duties, responsibilities, and experience:
- Minimum of 8+ Years BA experience
- 4+ years on SharePoint projects
- 3+ years experience with SharePoint Online
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Must have excellent judgment and strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage others through influence
- Solid Microsoft Project Skills
- Able to mentor and lead others through the use of usability and process improvement best practices
- Proven track record in successful project delivery
- Agile experience
- Experience with SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, challenging, constantly changing environment
