Role : UX Designer
Location : Remote
Job Description:
A degree in Interaction Design or related discipline (Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Design) preferred.
8+ years of professional experience in interactive design.
Strong command of all aspects and levels of interaction/UX design from information architecture, to systems and workflows to micro-interactions.
Strong design sense and ability to create visually appealing design solutions from an established design language.
Strong collaboration skills and experience in working with other designers, user researchers, engineers and product managers.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to iterate quickly to generate a diverse range of solutions.
Ability to translate high-level design direction into detailed UX and UI proposals.
Great eye for detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to prototype design proposals that articulate the desired user experience clearly and effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven ability to present and negotiate design proposals effectively.
Self-starter with a proven ability to work independently, managing your time effectively.
Highly proficient with Figma and other current design software. Willingness to adopt new tools and workflows.
A working understanding of HTML and experience with agile engineering methods is essential.
Prior experience designing with AI is a plus but not essential.
