Hands on experience in Test design techniques 
Hands on experience in defect Management 
Hands on experience in Test Management tool HP ALM, JIRA, AsureDevOps
Knowledge in Automation test suite execution.
Decision making and soft skills is value added
Very good communication skills and team player qualities
