Technical Manager (Specialized)/PM/PO


Experience in execution of large-scale Enterprise Content Management system.
Involve in software system development and integration projects through all phases of project life cycle - analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-production support.
Review various technical artefacts – HLD, FSD, TSD, Test Strategy, Implementation Plans, and Application Packs etc
Handle the tasks of providing technical leadership and guidance to other SW Engineers as an when required
Implemented Agile SCRUM/SAFe within the account and helped customer to understand/implement Agile methodology (SCRUM/SAFe).
Experience in coordinating cross-project activities with multiple business and application development groups.
Delivered and managed numerous product major and maintenance releases.
Handle release and capacity planning
Developed and implemented Customer Satisfaction Scorecard with customer on a monthly frequency,
Organizing Project Board meetings and updating the stakeholders about the project progress, milestone and risks
Create/Update Project Schedule Plan
Risk Management and maintain RAID Log
Adhering agreed quality standards and strive for ensuring continuous value add for the customer
Effectively managing Project Cost, Risk, and Change management
Ensuring production of deliverables as per agreed schedule
Managing third parties / vendor involved in the project on behalf of the client
Liaising with various technical teams including testing and support groups to deliver the solution
