Title: UCCE 
Location: Plano, TX  Office (Work from Until Offices are open then need to report back to customer location.
 
 
JD:
 
Cisco UCCE ICM infrastructure
Cisco CVP infrastructure and troubleshooting
Cisco Voice Portal (CVP) call flow and VXML gateway
Experience in understanding the reporting structure of ICM.
Ability to design, create and implement Cisco UCCE products.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot UCCE call flows.
Ability to support the deployment and integration knowledge with Avaya, oracle is preferred
Experience on CUCM, unity deployment, upgrades, and administration
SIP knowledge and certification is preferred
