Experience in execution of large-scale Enterprise Content Management system.Involve in software system development and integration projects through all phases of project life cycle - analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-production support.Review various technical artefacts – HLD, FSD, TSD, Test Strategy, Implementation Plans, and Application Packs etcHandle the tasks of providing technical leadership and guidance to other SW Engineers as an when requiredImplemented Agile SCRUM/SAFe within the account and helped customer to understand/implement Agile methodology (SCRUM/SAFe).Experience in coordinating cross-project activities with multiple business and application development groups.Delivered and managed numerous product major and maintenance releases.Handle release and capacity planningDeveloped and implemented Customer Satisfaction Scorecard with customer on a monthly frequency,Organizing Project Board meetings and updating the stakeholders about the project progress, milestone and risksCreate/Update Project Schedule PlanRisk Management and maintain RAID LogAdhering agreed quality standards and strive for ensuring continuous value add for the customerEffectively managing Project Cost, Risk, and Change managementEnsuring production of deliverables as per agreed scheduleManaging third parties / vendor involved in the project on behalf of the clientLiaising with various technical teams including testing and support groups to deliver the solution
