BOX.Com (preferred) or experience managing other similar cloud application
Experience with Service Now (preferred) or other IT Service Management work ticket application

Job Description:
5+ years of IT experience in managing file exchange and document collaboration platforms  
Experience managing File Exchange and Document Collaboration platforms, BOX.Com preferred, but experience managing other commercial grade platforms such as Microsoft OneDrive, Sharefile, Google Drive or other similar cloud application recommended.
Process high priority account demand requests
Configure user accounts based on usage and security requirements
Manage 30+ accounts concurrently and provide statistical reporting
Reset user accounts when user needs have expired
Experience with Service Now (preferred) or other IT Service Management work ticket application for managing support requests.
 Provide support to application users
Ability to answer user questions about how to use the application
Ability to explaining technical processes in easy to understand steps
