Job Description:
The total years of experience for this candidate is less of a need, but they must have 2 years of delivering analytic 
reporting/business intelligence type projects. Experience with Instacart, Amazon or other eCommerce data is a plus. 
Some experience in Tableau is required, strong skills are preferred. If the candidate does not have Tableau experience, 
they must commit to taking online classes outside of working hours to get up to speed. 
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related field/equivalent experience
2-3 years of relevant industry experience in eCommerce or Consumer Packaged Goods
1-2 years of experience analyzing Nielsen, IRI, or POS Sales data
Working knowledge of consumer, food manufacturing and supply chain is a plus.
Demonstrated success in past reporting projects
Solid grasp of data and analytics concepts and methodologies including data science, data engineering, and data storytelling
1 year of experience with Tableau
Familiarity with creating data visualizations from raw data using advanced Excel functions, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
Ability to set KPI’s and communicate performance, improve measurement
Math, analytical and forecasting skills
Familiarity with retail sales datasets (ideally from a supplier / CPG side)
 Any coding experience in Python or SQL a plus but not required
