Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Order-to-Cash (OTC) Solution Architect with strong expertise in subscription billing platforms and enterprise SaaS ecosystems. This role will be responsible for designing and owning the end-to-end OTC architecture, ensuring seamless integration across CRM, ERP, billing, and downstream systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with BillingPlatform (or similar tools like Zuora/Chargebee) and a strong background in translating business processes into scalable system architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Core Architecture & Process Ownership
- Own and design end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C/OTC) architecture across enterprise systems.
- Translate business processes into scalable system and integration designs.
- Drive architecture across key OTC subprocesses including Lead-to-Order, Contract Management, Order Management, Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Payments.
Data & Integration Design
- Define master data ownership across CRM, ERP, billing, and downstream systems.
- Design data flows, system boundaries, and integration patterns (API, event-based, batch).
- Develop data models for customer, product, pricing, contracts, orders, invoices, and revenue.
- Architect integrations using Salesforce, NetSuite, Boomi, and billing platforms.
Decision-Making & Governance
- Make key architectural trade-offs (speed vs scalability, flexibility vs coupling).
- Define integration strategy including what should and should NOT be integrated.
- Ensure alignment with business goals and compliance.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with Finance, RevOps, Sales Ops, Engineering, and IT teams.
- Communicate architecture decisions to technical and business stakeholders.
- Provide executive-level updates and recommendations.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise systems or solution architecture roles.
- Proven experience owning end-to-end OTC architecture.
- Strong understanding of OTC subprocesses.
- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Boomi, and billing platforms (preferably BillingPlatform).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in BillingPlatform implementations.
- Knowledge of subscription lifecycle and revenue recognition.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment.
