Location: Remote
• Integrations: EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, and API based integrations
o Lead design, build, and deployment of integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs.
o Establish standards for versioning, error handling, monitoring/alerting, and fault tolerant retry strategies.
o Coordinate dependencies with downstream systems (Payroll, ERP/Finance, Benefits, ATS, Identity/SSO, Data Warehouse).
• Data: Data migration strategy, execution, reconciliation, and validation
o Build and execute data validation and reconciliation (record counts, referential integrity, delta checks, financial/payroll-sensitive controls).
o Partner with business owners to sign off on data readiness and accuracy.
• Security: Security architecture, role based access design, and audit readiness
• Reporting: Development of custom reports, dashboards, and analytics frameworks
