Performance / C# / Tester

BELLEVUE, Washington----Locals Preferred

Duration: 3 Months

 

Description:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

These are the required skills (in this order of importance)
A. 3-4 years of performance testing (true perf testing)
B. 3-4 years of coding experience: C#
C. Some hands on experience with VSTS/VSTT

Additional Details:

• 3-4 years of performance and load testing experience. Includes executing and reporting results for performance and load testing using Visual Studio Team Suite 2008 (Visual Studio Team Test component).
• Has experience in parameterization, creating automated tests and coded web tests using VSTT 2008 or above, understands how to use controller and load agents while running load tests/stress tests.
• Experience using Quality Center logging defects, recording and reporting test results
  Good communication skills. Must be able to accurate, completely and clearly describe defects both in QC and verbally.
• Must be willing to reach out to Developers, PMs and other staff to develop working relationships and gather information.
• Must be comfortable working in environment where documentation is incomplete and testers are responsible for gathering and confirming testing requirements.
• Solid technical aptitude, good problem solving and debugging skills
  
  

Desired experience (Nice to have):

• Telecom (Amdocs Experience) a very big plus
• Experience in using Zabbix monitoring tool.
• Knowledge of performance tuning apache, tomcat servers.
• Experience in using diagnostic tools (Jprobe, Introscope etc)
