This is for my direct client opening for PeopleSoft Developer - San Diego, CA. This is a 3 Months contract position. The hourly rate is DOE.
PeopleSoft Skills
Minimum 3 years experience developing with PeopleTools.
Experience building integrations with PeopleSoft.
Experience with PeopleSoft 8.9 (Bundle 18), PeopleTools 8.49+.
Structured experience for all phases of development lifecycle and coding/testing best practices.
Extensive experience with Integration Broker and interacting with services in a Service-Oriented Architecture.
Extensive experience with Application Engine.
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 application
SOA Skills
Minimum 1 year experience with Service-Oriented Architecture concepts and hands-on implementation.
Experience integrating PeopleSoft within a SOA environment.
Building solutions for SOA using the PeopleSoft as one of the systems in the SOA.
Experience with Oracle SOA Suite is a big plus.
Business/Consulting Skills:
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience as a consultant working at client sites.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well independently as well as within a group
Ability to work with a team to develop technical strategies and innovative solutions
Capable of working directly with customer users to capture business requirements and document them thoroughly
Ability to solve complex problems
Focus on maximizing customer satisfaction
Demonstrate soft skills: work well under stress; able to deliver excellent quality results with minimum direction and detail; professional; strong leadership qualities; self-starter
Must be team player, able to meet deadlines, and handle changing priorities
Consult on best practices in the design, development, documentation, configuration, and testing of all solutions
Work with customers to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently
Develop detailed system and program specifications
