Position: QA Analyst
Location: Delaware
Duration: 6+ months
MAX rate : $38/hr on C2C
Skills
Analyst will be responsible for IVR testing, including script writing and execution.
Must be comfortable with Quality Center, have a strong understanding of Testing Methodologies
Expert performing all tasks associated with UAT testing, Regression and negative testing, test planning, test script writing, executing scripts and documenting defects in Quality Center.
Preferred –
Experience with C3, credit card services, retail banking, SQL or QTP is a plus.
Responsibilities will include:
Review business requirements and related functional specifications to lead and participate in the development of User Acceptance (UAT) testing plans and Test Cases.
Analyze business requirements to create detailed test plans for Loyalty Platform initiatives.
Maintain and report on daily Testing and Defect status to all Levels of management
Perform user acceptance testing and regression testing on the client's Rewards Platform
Report and track defects in HP Quality Center 9.2.
Participate in Business requirement, Impact Matrix and functional reviews
Participate in Test plan reviews conducted by other blocks
Lead Test Plan and Test Scenario reviews
