Looking for a strong DB2 DBA with prior experience working in SAP environment.
Requirements:
* 6 to 8 years experience working as a DB2 DBA
* Practical knowledge of DB2 database features, including snapshots, lock monitors, db2pd, and other db2 utilities
* Previous experience working as a DB2 DBA in SAP environment
* Demonstrated ability to identify poor performing SQL statements and provide tuning suggestions
* Expert knowledge of DB2 design best practices and SQL optimization
* Understanding of DB2 optimization techniques when dealing with big data sets
* Experience using DB2 query profiles
* Ability to analyze complex problems and develop plans to resolve them
* Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-dimensional team
