Project Management planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing to ensure all projects are prioritized, managed, and communicated using consistent methods, processes, and tools as defined by the PMO.
Assist the PMO to define skills and competency levels for project managers to then identify skill gaps and mitigation steps consistent with SIMM 17 (CA-PMM).
Stakeholder Engagement assistance to the Organizational Change Management Office (CMO) to ensure internal/external stakeholder expectations are managed effectively.
Assistance in developing a Performance Measurement Framework with metrics and scorecards as part of improving the overall PM maturity of Client
Provide analysis and technical writing services to support the development of various reports submitted to the California Technology Agency (e.g., Project Status Reports (PSR), Special Project Report (SPR) or Legislature.
Assist as a Project Manager for one or more interdependent projects, and develop and update associated project deliverables (e.g., charter, work plans, schedule) consistent with PMO standard methods and processes.
Transition project management knowledge to Client
