We have a candidate that was supposed to start on Wednesday that is backing out at Wellington Management.  We need a backfill ASAP.  Any qualified candidate will be sent ASAP and will likely interview and get hired TOMORROW.  Please make this a priority as it is CRITICAL someone start next week.  There is nothing Hotter than this. .  Candidate will be allowed to work a 4 day week, but needs to be on site

 

Position: PeopleSoft HRIS Functional Analyst

Location: Boston, MA

Duration: Very Long Term

Client: Wellington Management

 

Keys to This Position:

 

1.  Seeking a Seasoned PeopleSoft HRIS Functional Analyst with a minimum of 7 years of PeopleSoft experience.  Must have experience with PeopleSoft 8.9.  Experience with PeopleSoft Version 9.1 is highly desired.  We are presently upgrading from 8.9 to 9.1 and the go live date is July 4.   

Emphasis needs to be on Ben Admin - all modules are important but they need to be very strong in this module

 

Knowledge of Benadmin and North American Payroll, including eBenefits and ePay, as well as advanced

query knowledge and basic tools knowledge, is required.  Knowledge of global payroll, crystal reporting

and interface design standards is highly desirable.

 

2.  Strong Relationship Management skills are required:  As a Sr. HRIS Analyst you will partner with the business to anticipate customer needs, monitor trends in order to recommend functionality enhancements, and provide technical advice to resolve business issues or improve business processes. You will work directly with our application service provider to provide functional requirements and see the solution through to success.

 

3.  Client relationships include Learning and Development, Compensation, Benefits and Staffing.
