Job Title : Lead J2EE Developer
Relevant Experience (Yrs)  : 4+ years

Technical/Functional Skills  : 

• Core Java, JSP  JS, Servlet, Struts, Spring
• JDBC, Hibernate, Ajax
• Web Services, Axis2.0 ,XML and XML parsing tools
• Oracle PL-SQL, DB Transaction management, Data source concept
• JMS, Weblogic 10.x
• Good to have : Exposure in project management, Velocity framework, js framework (mootools , prototype) , Drools Rule Engine and Jboss, ANT tools

Experience Required :  4+ years

Roles & Responsibilities : 

• Requirement gathering, analysis and converting into technical design document
• Interaction with different teams for deploying and quality assurance
• Coordination with offshore team
• Work allocation , monitoring and reporting to client managers
• Development and maintenance of JEE based web application deployed on  weblogic and Jboss server
• Configuring JMS and oracle Data Sources
• Packaging and deployment of web applications

Generic Managerial Skills : 

• Excellent analytical and research skills, especially  suggesting new design approaches
• Facilitate customer meetings for deliverables signoff
• Participation in client and project meetings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute on assigned deliverables
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and business processes

Education  : Bachelors degree
Rate :  $50hr C2C.                
Location : Richmond, VA

Duration : Long term , more than 1 year
