User Interface/User Experience Designer
Location: Houston, Texas
Estimate Start Date: July 15, 2011

Pay Rate: Depends on Experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Information architecture and visual design experience a must.
· Experience in management of design teams, leading creative direction and execution.
· Knowledge of Axure RP (Required)
· Web development tools, HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery.
· Practical expertise in User Experience (UE) Design with demonstrated success in developing digital experiences for Websites, mobile and/or ecommerce applications.
· Proven expertise in user-centric design principles.
· Strong interaction design and communication skills
· Solid understanding of UX principles
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in product design, interaction design, or human-computer interaction
· Ability to create user requirement specifications, including personas, scenarios, task analysis, flowcharts and organization and navigation models, detailed wireframes, mockups, usability studies, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate the user experience and user interface elements
· Ability to lead research efforts to understand user needs such as heuristics, usability testing, focus groups, web analytics and competitor evaluations to create forward-looking, usable and best in class new products
