We are looking for an Operations Analyst Level 1 
  
5 Positions Available 

Responsibilities and Qualifications 
  
 

• Provide technical support for mission critical WDPR applications

 

• Provide first level response to incident management

 

• Coordinating hardware replacements

 

• Stop/start application/infrastructure services

 

• Provide low risk change/request management activities

 

• Independently auditing and monitoring systems to proactively identify potential issues

 

• Managing exceptions, escalations, and cancellations to prevent system instability

 

• Provide 24x7 shift-based work as defined by the program.

  
  
Required skills:

	Assessing technical activities to be performed on multiple Linux and Intel platforms   Ability to multitask across multiple channels of interaction (IM, Email, Bridge call) simultaneously
	Strong ability to build partnerships/relationships
	Demonstrated strong analytical skills
	Drive to the win-win while managing conflict/resolution
	Proven ability to recognize and manage business and technical risk to achieve desired outcomes
