1.       need solid experience in any CRM,

2.       data interface experience – SQL Server experience, programming C# and Java. 

3.       Lotus Notes extensively….  They use it to process records and store data. 

4.       able to find someone experienced in saleslogic support.

5.       Need between 3 and 7 years experience in technology both with data and programming. 

6.       Experience with data transactions between applications, web services and transformations would be very key as well. 

7.       Maybe even one of the 3 people has 10+ years in tech.  Lotus notes experience is a must.
