eSystems Inc. is a well established Systems Integrator based in Princeton, New Jersey. In order to support our growth we are seeking multiple technology recruiters to be based out of Pune, India who are incredibly talented, motivated and highly organized staffing professionals, to join an ongoing successful team. The individuals will be responsible for all recruiting functions for varied roles including sales, technical support, marketing, development. THIS POSITION IS AVAILABLE IN PUNE, INDIA.

Requirements:

Chiefly we are interested in candidates who are smart, energetic, and have 4+ years of experience working as a Technical IT Recruiter in a performance-oriented environment. High energy individuals, Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure, rapidly evolving entrepreneurial environment.

- Minimum of 4 - 5 years experience in IT recruiting.

- Passion for Technical Recruiting.

- Proven track record in staffing all levels of IT positions i.e. Developers, Architects, Analysts, Project Managers.

- Experience placing candidates at various clients a MUST.

- Proven record of closing 3-4 requirements within a month

- Thorough knowledge of the entire recruiting life cycle.

- Possess excellent US market intelligence on resource availability and skills

- Familiarity with various levels & roles and associated technologies.

- Exceptional communication, written, organizational, evaluation, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Outstanding telephone skills

- Strong organizational skills required and ability to multi task critical functions.

-  Superior "can-do" attitude

Job Details:

- Source, screen and interview potential technical candidates including: face-to-face/phone Interviews and reference checking for current and future positions (contract, contract to hire and permanent opportunities)

- Recruit candidates through database searches, 3rd party suppliers, job boards, user

  Groups, referrals, networking & cold calling.

- Build and maintain a well-qualified pool of available candidates.

- Establish strong working relationships with Tier 1 Vendors and clients and make   placements.

- Assist in lead generation process in an effort to develop new client relationships and Business

- Should work in EST Timings (6.30/7.30pm * 3.30/4.30 am Indian timings).
