• Airline sales and reservation and broad GDS (Global Distribution System) and Passenger Service System domain knowledge.
• Extensive experience in Airline Reservation Systems product/applications in Business Analyst/Lead development/Product owner role.
• Need extensive domain knowledge in the  functional area of Airline Ticketing (5-6 years at least), Merchandizing related new concepts like EMDs (Electronic Miscellaneous Document)
• Latest 5 years of Business Analyst experience in identifying, capturing, defining, and analyzing business processes/requirements in various SDLC methodologies.
