Lead .NET Developer with JAVA/JEE expertise   Job Duties: -Work with Business Analyst, Business Users & Application Architect to understand requirements and come up with detailed design -Ability to quickly learn the business knowledge, technical skills and system knowledge -Understand the business needs and propose improvements in requirements and technical designs. -Take ownership of the assigned work to deliver on time. Also proactively seek out an additional work when the assigned task are completed -Develop Critical System Components and generic framework (eg: framework for caching, java background quartz scheduler jobs, breadcrumbs, etc.) -Solid understanding of development under multi threaded environment and managing locks -Develop client side application components (HTML, .NET Compact, Silverlight and Telerik) -Develop server side application components (JSF screens, web services, background jobs using quartz, reports, etc.) -Provide technical direction to team members -Ensure the team follows the coding and design standards and deliver the high quality product -Create application builds -Install applications -Provide Post Implementation support   Job Requirements: .NET 4.0/C#, VS 2008/2010 Windows Mobile Silverlight 5.0 Telerik RAD Control XML/ XML Schema, Webservices JDBC/SQL/DB2 on z/OS, DB2 Stored Procedures, SQL Server 2005 Object Oriented Programming Design Patterns Unified Modeling Language Solid understanding of development in a Multi-Threaded environment Basic understanding for developing in a mobile device environment Team Foundation Server C++ CA Harvest Change management, Openmake 6.3 build tool   Desirable: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX JDK 6 JEE (Servlets, JSP, Web Services, JMS/MQ) Struts 1.2, JSF 2.0 Quartz java scheduler and log4J Basic Linux/Unix Commands Eclipse 3.6 BEA Weblogic 10.3 and Tomcat 6.0/7.0 Experience in Java Profiler tool preferably in Visual VM
