Required skills:

Core hands-on experience in java/j2ee (preferred with certifications) with jdk 1.5 and above

Knowledge of Java/J2ee Design patterns

Web Services 2.0 and above (consumer and producer)

Spring 3.0 is must

Web Logic 10.2 and above is must

Good understanding of XML/XSLS along with JAXB 2.0

Must have working exp in agile methodology

Oracle 11 database preferred

Excellent communication and good analytical skills
