6+ years of software test automation experience
Experience using open source and free testing tools
JMeter, Sahi, Selenium, SoapUI
A Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science or equivalent degree program
Automated software test script creation, execution, and defect reporting within an Agile/SCRUM process lifecycle
Derive test cases from written and orally communicated requirements
Rally's Agile Management tool (Rally Dev)
Versionone, GreenHopper, etc could also do
SQL
XML
JSON
HTML
Experience with Flash and Flex Testing
Experience testing AJAX
Experience testing web services
Experience testing queues or asynchronous processes
Experience using system mocks or stubs to drive systems under test
Such as with SoapUI or JMeter
Scripting languages of some kind Javascript, batch, shell, perl, etc
Functional impact analysis
Functional regression planning, estimation, and execution
Experience with setting-up automation to run on schedules, on certain events, or ad hoc
