Position: UNIX/Weblogic System Developer & Admin

Work Location: Boston, MA

Duration: 6+ months

 

Skills:

·         7+ years of hands-on UNIX expertise.

·         Expertise in navigating and administering a UNIX environment is a must.

·         5+ years of Weblogic administration in WLS 10.0 or higher is a must - must be able to administer Weblogic in a Unix/Solaris environment from the command line.  Absolutely no UI usage is possible.

·         Expert in writing scripts (Shell scripts & Perl Scripts).

·         Jython scripting experience is a plus.

·         Having a mind-set of doing whatever it takes to solve a problem is a must for this role.

·         Must be able to work effectively with other team members who are at remote locations.

·         Must be able to work with no hand-holding (very minimal guidance).
