IT Project Manager with PCM

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: Long term

 

Local candidate preferred.

 

Required Skills:

·         5-7 or years experience leading large scoping initiatives

·         Product Management experience

·         Some sort of product tracking tool experience- Ex. Version 1 or Rally

·         Resolves issues, roadblocks and changes, and escalates to the Product Capability Manager (PCM), when appropriate

·         Extensive experience managing business team and expectations around requirements and driving to value

·         5-7 or more years of IT systems experience in application delivery and management.

·         2 or more years of program management experience

·         5-7 or more years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports and people management responsibilities

·         1 or more years of experience managing and being accountable for budgets over $1M

·         Ability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends, as needed

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Technical skills (preferably developer experience)

·         Application Development skills

·         Large Enterprise Experience

·         Prior IT experience implementing large scale IT development programs or other large program implementation in a dotcom environment

·         5 or more years of experience gathering business needs and creating into workable outcomes

·         5 or more years of experience in business process and/or technology implementation

·         3 or more years of experience managing third party vendor relationships and offshore development teams to achieve business outcomes

·         5 or more years of experience at a manager level or above delivering global IT capabilities for a multi-national company with annual budgetary responsibilities

·         5 or more years of experience at a manager level in a multi-channel brand business environment

·         Multiple years of experience of delivering new business capabilities by applying system and delivery lifecycle methods and approaches

·         Prior experience in working with organizational change management/leadership and process change management.

·         Prior development experience
